FanConnect is a leader in the Digital Signage and IPTV space for professional and college sports. We operate in over 50 venues across the United States, including many of the largest stadiums in the country. Position summary:

The Account Manager’s responsibility is to retain and grow a loyal and satisfied client base by managing expectations and customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will build and maintain ongoing relationships with assigned clients. The Account Manager is the primary relationship liaison between FanConnect and the assigned client base and is both the client advocate and advisor.

The Account Manager works closely with other members of the sales support teams to ensure each client’s individual needs are being met and consistently addressed.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years experience in business development

  • Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills to all levels of management.

  • Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through

  • Comfortable interacting at all levels within an organization

  • Passion for sport, be it college football, gymnastics, cricket, or auto racing

Qualifications desired:

  • Experience in professional and/or college sports

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • 3+ years of account management experience, with a clear track record of client growth and retention

 Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Work with select accounts to build relationships and expand revenue opportunities

  • Customer retention (and decreases) measured by retaining a minimum percent of recurring revenue in your portfolio

  • Ensure that all assigned clients are satisfied with services and ready to act as a reference as necessary to help close new business

  • Identify new revenue from assigned client base

  • Develop and maintain product and revenue strategy for clients
