At FanConnect, we provide technology products to enhance fan experience in sports and entertainment venues. Our platform is trusted by top-tier stadiums across the country - including Lincoln Financial Field, Petco Park, Acrisure Stadium, The Horseshoe, The Big House, The Swamp, XFINITY Center, and many more.
We are currently in a period of high growth, having rebuilt and expanded our entire platform during Covid to take on the traditional companies that previously dominated this industry. We pride ourselves on our extremely high customer retention rates and technical excellence.
We are looking for someone who brings the energy, creativity, intelligence and discipline needed to help us drive growth, customer acquisition and revenue.
About Our Market
Our market is complex and includes not just professional and collegiate sports teams and their venues, but also a partner ecosystem that includes architects, engineers, integrators and technology providers. Our marketing is typically higher touch and lower volume, and is often focused on industry-specific news sources, trade shows, and industry groups.
What You'll Do
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop marketing strategies that improve brand awareness, shape brand perception, generate leads, and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with those strategies.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), content marketing, events & trade shows
- Lead our outbound SDR team including target list development, creation of highly customized outbound email templates, and using measurement of results to iterate and improve
- Select and work with graphic designers and video producers to build creative assets for digital campaigns, our web site, branding, collateral and other uses
- Collaborate with web developers to transform our website into a more effective marketing tool
- Help create a trade show and event strategy, determine which trade shows and events we should attend or exhibit at, and coordinate our presence -- you will likely need to attend some industry trade shows along with our sales and product teams
- Work with our product and engineering teams to develop, measure and improve our content marketing
- Work with industry-specific news sources to drive press and media coverage
- Contribute to marketing strategy and implement new technologies and methods to improve our marketing functions - especially AI-driven solutions
What We're Looking For
- Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Planned and executed marketing campaigns that drove revenue through lead generation
- Have significant experience with digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CRM
- Partnered closely with sales and SDR teams to create messaging, assets, and target lists to drive sales leads
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment
