Ohio State Athletics and FanConnect came up with the idea to provide fans with an extra level of entertainment and engagement within the new loge style seating areas. The concept was brilliant -- install an Android based tablet between each pair of loge seats that would allow fans to watch other games via IPTV channels and access relevant game day content such as roster information, game day weather, venue information, attendant paging, and in-game stats.
Before the start of the 2019 football season, 85 Samsung tablets were installed at Ohio Stadium in the new loge seating areas. Fans have access to 24 IPTV channels ranging from the live in-game feed to the Golf channel. Additionally, fans now have access to captivating game day content such as in-game stats and more!
